What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. We also accept payment by Debit, Visa Debit, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. 

Where is my refund?

You have 48 hours after receiving your item(s) to request a return. We will notify you on the status of your refund once we have received and inspected your returned item(s). If approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method. Please note that your bank may take several days to process the payment back into your account. How do I place my order?

Add any desired item(s) to your cart, click checkout, fill in your details, choose a shipping option, and select a payment method. Once your order is processed you will receive an email confirmation with your order number.

Can I place an order without creating an account?

Yes. You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account. We do recommend that you create an account, however, if you’d like to check your order history and have your shopping basket items and payment details saved for next time. It’s quick and easy to create an account. Just visit and follow the instructions on-screen.

Where is my order confirmation?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

Pick-up locations vary depending on the location you select. Currently, we have 4 pickup locations.

Can I track my order?

Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.

Why are your products more expensive than the ones in grocery stores?

All of our products are privately imported from outside of Canada. Shipping and import fees plus the level of rarity is also a huge determining factor for the price tag. When you purchase from Underground Snax, you are paying for exclusivity that you can’t get anywhere else. We pride ourselves on carrying the fairest prices for our customers.


Can I return or exchange an item?

You can absolutely return your item to us, as long as it’s undamaged, unused, and contained in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items cannot be returned if opened. Read our refund policy for more details.

How do I return an item?

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we will issue you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send your package. You will need to arrange and pay for suitable packaging when returning an item. Read our refund policy for more details.

My order has arrived but it’s not as I expected. What can I do?

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the product in question and email our customer service team at If you received the wrong item, we’ll gladly accept it back as a return, providing it’s in “as new” condition, unused, and in its original packaging. How much is shipping?

Shipping costs depend on where you live and the size/weight of the item you’ve ordered. Shipping rates are calculated during checkout. If your order value is more than $75, we provide free shipping within Canada. If your order value is more than $100, we provide free shipping within the U.S.

What countries do you ship to?

We ship to Canada and the United States.

When will my order be shipped?
